To go on the Disaster Relief Mission Trip, you must have a current child protection form on file (good for 3 years). Deadline to submit a new child protection form is October 20.  Email llee.bcm@gabaptist.org to find out if your form is out of date.  


Online registration, payment, and a copy of your insurance card (front & back) must be turned in by NOON on October 20

You can bring your insurance card by the office or email a copy to llee.bcm@gabaptist.org.

You can pay with cash or check in the BCM office or at Tuesdays @ the B.
